I'm James Suber — certified personal trainer, D1 athlete, and the coach who's going to be in your corner when you feel like giving up. I don't just hand you a workout. I build a plan with you, explain the why behind everything we do, and hold you accountable every step of the way.

I'm based in Dallas but I've built clients across multiple states — from first-time gym-goers to competitive athletes. When you work with me, your goal becomes my mission.
